With no specific style in mind, this is what the mind hears to accompany what it pictures.

Sojourn to Aggersborg elicits an epic journey, with ups and downs. Like the journey of life itself, full of intentions, dreams and the disappointments that accompany our downfalls and trials.

I Contain Evolution provides an introspective survey of thoughts and feelings as they arise.

Within Symbiance rounds out the opening sequence. A glowing, evolving track celebrating analog synthesis, crisp percussion and hopeful, positive themes.

The next sequence opens with Faith. This is the bright side of life, the power of positive thinking, focus and the knowledge that life is usually beautiful, if you believe it can be.

Most journeys are punctuated with danger. A routine process, like a simple road trip, can end in catastrophe. The imagination looks on in bewilderment at the twisted, mechanical chaos.

Now we slip into the darkest night. The Nocturnal Watch is mysterious, quiet, yin. A time of secrets. There are many intrigues underway.

Following the Nocturnal Watch is the end of the night ... The Streets of Dark Dreams. .. the ungodly (or is it MOST godly) time, deep into the morning hours ... but it is still night time. Hypnotic, sumptuous arpeggios and synthetic layers call you away into the Asensory World.

We wake to a renewed sense of exploration. Still meditative, contemplative, but organic and full of life. This is what is most expressed by The Carrizo Plain.

This is personal growth, transformation, victory. To Overcome and Awaken is to watch suffering and drama disappear in the rear-view mirror.

Everything changes, The Foretelling warns of more unseen drama, the kind that creeps up in the darkest of night.

Here we have a conversation with ourselves. It is, until it ends, is the reality we face, serene, surreal and very real. This is acceptance.

Somewhat experimental, semi-generative samples and other synthetic sounds round out the Soundtrack to the Imagination. Let the textures evoke what they will in YOUR imagination. Like all mirrors, this one is two-way.
